Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and many shops, offering comfortable rooms with all the necessary amenities. However, the rooms are small without a wardrobe for personal items. The service is nice and helpful, with a special surprise for anniversaries, but there was some confusion with the reservation. The location is full of food and entertainment, though a bit far from Tokyo's center. The dining options consist of a mix of Japanese and Western cuisine, but more variety would be appreciated.
I had a delightful stay at this hotel which offered a mix of positives and a few drawbacks. The rooms are cozy and well-equipped, located on the top floor, even featuring a small public hot bath, and massage chair; although this setup was exceptional. The service was exceptional too, with the staff going above and beyond to surprise us on our anniversary, although they did struggle with finding my reservation. The location was excellent, surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores, and being part of the historic Tokyo area spared from the World War 2 bombings, despite being a bit far from major attractions. The dining experience was decent, but could have offered a wider range of options. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
The hotel room was comfortable and private, lacking a wardrobe for personal items, but overall cozy. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to surprise us on our anniversary. The location, though slightly out of the way from central Tokyo, was convenient with plenty of dining options and proximity to the train station. The dining experience offered a good variety of Japanese and Western dishes, although some items were not promptly refilled. The hotel facilities were satisfactory, providing all necessary amenities.
Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were spacious, had a small public hot bath, and the massage chair was a nice touch, making the stay very comfortable. The location, nestled in a blend of old and new Tokyo, was excellent for exploring the city easily. However, the dining options were somewhat inconsistent, and the facilities were not as well-managed as expected.
I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice, complete with a massage chair, and being on the top floor added to the experience. However, the private breakfast was a bit of a downside.
